Myself and many other students at Case have had some troubles with him. The law school and med school are actually now proactively warning their students against renting from him. [removed legal stuff comment, lets just say she is still trying to get justice] I really wish that I had come across your blog before renting!
Sad but not surprised to see that Alan has not changed his ways.
